Mary Lippert received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drawing and Painting at Laguna College of Art and Design in 2019. She grew up in Chicago and is currently based out of Southern California. She has been teaching at Shuchih Art Studio since 2019.

Primarily working in oil paint and graphite, Mary is currently creating a body of work focusing on getting ready. Inspired by the ‘GRWM’ videos online, Mary is interested in people’s emotions towards getting ready, why it’s important (or unimportant) to them, and how relatable this action is.
